Your child may benefit from rebound therapy if they have poor balance, limited active movement and altered muscle tone. Rebound therapy improves both high and low muscle tone as well as cardiovascular fitness. It is appropriate for children who have a lack of awareness of body position, reduced sensation and problems with posture. It does not matter if your child has a limited ability to communicate as rebound therapy is an enjoyable, stimulating activity that improves self-esteem and confidence.
At Allegro our specialist coaches have undergone intensive rebound therapy training and have valuable experience working with children of all ages in order to provide an excellent standard of safe and effective evidence based exercise therapy.
Sessions are every 20 minutes and pre booking is essential. There is no need for BG Insurance for this session as our coaches have their own insurance. Block bookings of 6 weeks is recommended £25.

Over the last 3 years our programme for additional needs has grown and the progress for our gymnasts has been over whelming. As coaches we love gymnastics but, I don’t think we can truly put into words the achievements that are made in this group. With a positive attitude and encouragement our gymnast can achieve anything they want to.
