These sessions are age group driven and are instructed by our qualified coaches. Your child will start to learn about the various gymnastic disciplines and moves.
Disability
Disability Gymnastics involves the coach adapting gymnastics skills to ensure that disabled people can fully access gymnastics and are enabled to take part at the level of their choice.
Tots
The classes promote parent-child bonding and social development through exploring the wonders of gymnastics.
Trick
This is led by senior coaches to achieve high level skills.
Gaining children confidence, strength, flexibility and the courage to try new skills.
